Caregiver sought to assist seniors with activities of daily living and provide compassionate, personal-care support. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, companionship, monitoring health status, and applying behavior-management techniques when needed. Requires experience in assisted living or senior care settings, knowledge of HIPAA, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage challenging behaviors.
