Provide compassionate in-home care for seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming), offering companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and help with errands and appointments. Monitor health status, report changes to supervisors, and apply behavior management techniques when needed. Must have experience in assisted living or senior care, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors. Openings available in multiple North/Northwest Chicago area suburbs; in-person, part-time and full-time positions with flexible scheduling. Pay range: $16.50–$18.00 per hour ($34,320–$37,440 annually).
