Caregiver to assist seniors with activities of daily living including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, escorting to appointments, and errands. Requires HIPAA awareness, strong communication, and ability to manage behaviors. Openings are in multiple suburban Chicago-area locations, in-person only, with part-time or full-time schedules. Pay rate is $16.50-$18.00 per hour with benefits such as insurance options, 401(k), paid time off, and paid training. Prior experience in assisted living or home care is preferred; driver’s license is a plus. Training and ongoing support provided; flexible start dates and referral incentives available. Certifications and background checks as per state requirements.
