Job Summary
Compassionate caregiver needed to support seniors with activities of daily living and daily companionship. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands and transportation to appointments, and monitoring health changes. Must ensure comfort and safety, maintain HIPAA privacy, communicate effectively with clients and families, and utilize behavior-management techniques when needed. Prior experience in assisted living or home care, strong interpersonal and caregiving skills, and reliability are required. Openings in multiple north/west suburbs; flexible full-time or part-time schedules with weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
