Job Summary
Compassionate caregiver needed to support seniors with daily living activities and well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), providing companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, running errands, accompanying to appointments, and monitoring health changes. Must have 1+ years of experience in caregiving or similar settings, knowledge of HIPAA, and strong communication skills. ROLE offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), health/vision/dental insurance eligibility for full-time staff, 401(k), paid training, referral programs, and opportunities across multiple Chicago-area suburbs. Location is in-person across listed North/West Suburbs of Chicago; not remote.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- HIPAA regulations knowledge
- Experience in assisted living or senior care environments
- Proficiency in caregiving techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors
- Familiarity with home care systems
- Non-medical home care experience for seniors
