Job Summary
Caregiver position in Amada Senior Care NorthShore focusing on in-home senior care across multiple Chicago-suburban communities. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming), providing companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, running errands, escorting to appointments, monitoring health status, and employing behavior-management techniques when needed. Relevant skills include experience in assisted living or home care, HIPAA knowledge, caregiving techniques, ability to manage challenging behaviors, familiarity with home care systems, and strong communication/interpersonal abilities.
