Job Summary
Caregiver role based in NorthShore area seeking compassionate individuals to assist seniors with activities of daily living. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, providing companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, escorting to appointments, running errands, monitoring health status, and applying behavior management techniques as needed. Must have experience in senior/home care, knowledge of HIPAA, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage challenging behaviors, familiarity with home care systems, and a background in related fields. Required Qualifications
