Job Summary
Caregiver needed to assist seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation to appointments. Role includes monitoring health status, reporting changes, and applying behavior-management techniques when necessary. Requires experience in assisted living or senior care, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage challenging behaviors. Flexible scheduling available with options for full-time, part-time, live-in, and weekend shifts; benefits include insurance options, 401(k), paid time off, paid training, and referral bonuses.
