Compassionate caregiver needed to assist seniors with activities of daily living in in-person home-care assignments across multiple Illinois suburbs. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands and appointments, monitoring health status, and applying behavior-management techniques when needed. Must have experience in assisted living or senior care, knowledge of HIPAA, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors.
