Job Summary
Provide personal care and daily living support to seniors, including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation to appointments. Monitor health status and report changes; apply behavior-management techniques as needed. Maintain HIPAA compliance and use caregiving techniques suitable for home settings. Opportunities exist for full-time, part-time, live-in, and weekend schedules across multiple Chicago-area suburbs. Emphasizes compassionate, individualized care to improve clients’ comfort, security, and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in caregiving or related fields
- Valid ID and Social Security Card (Required)
- Ability to commute/relocate to North/Western Suburbs: North/Western Suburbs: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
