Job Summary
Provide compassionate daily living support to seniors including personal care, companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments. Deliver activities of daily living assistance, monitor health changes, and report needs. Maintain HIPAA compliance, employ behavior management techniques when necessary, and adapt care plans to individual dietary and health requirements. Opportunities include part-time, full-time, live-in, and weekend shifts with weekly pay and benefits; locations span multiple north and western Chicago suburbs. Safe driving and reliable scheduling enable flexible caseload matching; strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for meaningful client connections.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in caregiving or senior care environments
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Ability to commute/relocate to North/Western Suburbs
- In-person work location
