Compassionate caregiver needed to support seniors withactivities of daily living and well-being. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation to appointments. Must monitor changes in health status and use behavior-management techniques as needed. Experience in assisted living or home care, familiarity with HIPAA, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse clients. Openings in multiple suburban areas around Chicago; positions available full-time and part-time with flexible scheduling.
