Job Summary
Compassionate caregiver sought to support seniors in daily living activities in home-care settings. Responsibilities include assisting clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, transportation to appointments, and providing companionship. Monitor changes in health status and report them; apply behavior management techniques when needed. Requires experience in assisted living or senior care, familiarity with HIPAA, strong caregiving skills, ability to handle challenging behaviors, and excellent communication.
