Job Summary
Caregiver needed to assist seniors with activities of daily living in home-based care. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, escorting to appointments, running errands, providing companionship, monitoring health status, and reporting changes. Will use behavior management techniques when necessary. Requires experience in assisted living or senior care, HIPAA knowledge, strong caregiving techniques, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Flexible scheduling and multiple shift options available (full-time or part-time) across listed North/West Suburban IL locations; weekly pay; benefits (401(k), health/dental/vision, paid time off); paid training; incentives and referral programs; live-in and weekend opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience or equivalent in assisted living or senior care environments
