Job Summary
Compassionate Caregiver needed to support seniors with activities of daily living, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, monitoring health status, and reporting changes; applying behavior-management techniques when necessary. Requires experience in assisted living or similar settings, knowledge of HIPAA, proficiency in caregiving techniques, ability to manage challenging behaviors, familiarity with home-care systems, and strong communication/interpersonal skills. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules across multiple north and western suburbs of Chicago; ongoing paid training and benefits with potential for growth.
