Job Summary
Compassionate caregiver needed to assist seniors with activities of daily living, provide companionship, manage medication reminders, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and transport/escort clients to appointments. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), ADL support, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, and documenting changes in health status. Requires HIPAA awareness, caregiving experience in assisted living or home care, strong communication, ability to handle challenging behaviors, and flexibility to work varied shifts in multiple Chicago-area suburbs; positions available full-time and part-time with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid training, and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience or equivalent
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Ability to commute/relocate to North/Western Suburbs: North/Western Suburbs: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
