Job Summary
Provide personal care and companionship to seniors, assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing), help with meal preparation and medication reminders, perform light housekeeping, escort to appointments, and run errands. Monitor health status and report changes; apply behavior management techniques as needed. Requires 1+ year caregiving experience, knowledge of HIPAA, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to handle challenging behaviors. Offers include weekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance (eligible for full-time), 401(k) plan (eligible for full-time), paid training, flexible scheduling, overtime pay, referral program, and opportunities for growth. Openings in multiple North/Western Suburbs of Chicago, with in-person work location.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of caregiving experience
