Job Summary
Provide personal care and companionship to seniors, including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments. Role supports activities of daily living, monitors health status, and communicates changes. Requires 1+ year of caregiving experience, familiarity with HIPAA, good interpersonal and caregiving skills, and ability to work in home-care settings in the Lake Bluff, IL area. Offers part-time/full-time opportunities, weekly pay, benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k), paid training, flexible scheduling, and referral bonuses. Location is in-person with openings in North/Western Suburbs of Chicago area.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in caregiving or equivalent
- Experience in assisted living or senior care environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in caregiving techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to manage behaviors
- Background in childcare, social work, or related fields
- Ability to commute/relocate as required
- Valid ID and Social Security Card (Required)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
