Job Summary
Drive the van according to scheduled runs and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Load and unload luggage carts and the van, escort guests to rooms, check and store luggage using tags, and open cab doors for arrivals and departures. Deliver messages to meeting rooms, flowers packages, and directions to guest rooms, while maintaining cleanliness of the van interior and exterior. Maintain regular attendance, greet guests pleasantly, answer the console to assist guest services agents, and show guest rooms to emphasize amenities. Work at the recently renovated Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore at BWI Airport, offering complimentary shuttle service to the airport and light rail.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- One year driving experience
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

- Experience in a hotel or a related field
