Job Summary
AM Vendor Management role within HSBC, focusing on monitoring and tracking vendor/partner activities to support sales teams. Responsibilities include analyzing and tracking business performance, managing third-party engagements (on-boarding, monitoring, payments to partners, and exit), presenting observations in quarterly TOF forums, concluding TPSR reviews and remediation in Helios, and managing vendor relationships across platforms (Archer/Riskflo, fusion, global register for vendors, oneTPM and NTTP) including risk assessments, TPSR, screening, external audits (KPMG), invoicing, and assisting with external audit needs. Pro-tip: familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage. Education: University Graduate. HSBC emphasizes inclusive and developmental workplace culture.
