Job Summary
Supervises custodial staff, assists Site Manager with hiring, scheduling, and training; ensures daily cleanliness and sanitation; conducts inspections for safety and OSHA compliance; coordinates supplies and equipment; provides performance feedback and coaching; aims to maximize site profitability; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) years of progressively responsible experience in operations preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) years of supervisory experience, preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook. PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team leadership and ability to motivate others.
