Job Summary
Provide personal care and follow resident care plans while performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain physical and emotional well-being. Accurately document information and communicate with RNs and LPNs regarding relevant resident information, strictly following HIPAA guidelines. Work the 6:00am to 2:00pm shift on every other weekend only, with no mandate to work beyond the scheduled block. Overtime pay applies after eight hours, and wages depend on experience and licensure plus shift differentials for evening and nocturnal shifts.

- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration
- Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
