Job Summary
Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, take food and beverage orders, and deliver items to the kitchen. Answer menu questions, ensure food is prepared correctly, and return incorrect items to the kitchen. Collect plates, clear tables, prepare guest checks, and collect payment while maintaining knowledge of all menu items. Clean designated areas, set tables to standards, and ensure sideboards are adequately stocked. Adhere to Colwen brand standards and state liquor policies. Perform other related duties as assigned, including cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware. Work a 7-day rotational schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to solve problems
- Ability to operate point-of-sale system
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work 7-day rotational schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a server preferred
