Job Summary
AM Server for Chalkboard Restaurant at Ambassador Hotel Tulsa is responsible for leading and executing guest-focused dining experiences, greeting guests promptly, communicating with the service team, recommending and selling menu options, handling orders in POS, communicating allergies, delivering beverages and food timely, and maintaining a well-stocked, clean service area with professional wine service and adherence to alcohol regulations. Must demonstrate high energy, emotional intelligence, knowledge of menu and drink options, and strong attendance/punctuality. Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending, serving and/or customer service experience.
