Job Summary
Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu items, specials, and beverages while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current choices, specialties, and kitchen deviations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared timely and accurately, then monitor the dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, and replenishing utensils and glasses. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working nights, weekends, and holidays. Food Handler's and Liquor Permits are required. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- previous serving experience
- ability to think on your feet
