Job Summary
Take customer food and drink orders, serve beverages, prepare itemized checks, and accept payments. Escort guests to tables, serve seated customers, set up and clear tables, and operate a cash register. Verify patron identification to ensure compliance with minimum age requirements for alcohol. Provide efficient and courteous service to all guests while managing high-pressure situations. Weekend availability is required and nonnegotiable, with shifts starting at 5:00 a.m. Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers certifications are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to start shift at 500am
- Weekend availability is required and nonnegotiable
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations)
- Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations)
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations
