AM Server responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar in an attractive, organized presentation; taking inventory and ordering food supplies; preparing foods (fruit, coffee, juices); setting up serving dishes; restocking self-service items; cleaning and maintaining areas; ensuring guest service and safety standards; wearing appropriate attire per policy; supports hotel guest experience and operations.
Required Qualifications
- One year hostess experience in restaurant is required
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices
