Job Summary
Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during breakfast and brunch hours by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and anticipating needs. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including dietary restrictions and special requests, while collaborating with the culinary team for accurate delivery. Maintain a clean dining area, adhere to sanitation standards, and handle inquiries or complaints professionally. Upsell menu items and promote special promotions to enhance the dining experience. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction during early morning shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergens
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate orders
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
