AM Server (6am-12pm)

Greet guests, seat them, and present menus while answering questions about food, service, and wine selections. Memorize menu items and daily specials, then relay orders to the kitchen using the point of shift system. Clear and reset tables after each course, ladle soup, portion desserts, and brew coffee. Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in service areas, assist with cleaning prep zones, and notify managers of any guest complaints. Handle payments, follow cash procedures, and adhere to all safety rules and lifting requirements.
