AM Restaurant Server

AM Restaurant Server will take orders, answer questions about the menu and food, sell the restaurant's food and drinks, take payments, provide excellent customer service, and assist in cleaning when needed. Responsibilities include selling and serving food and beverages safely, processing guest bills and payments, delivering high-quality timely service in a pleasant manner, setting up tables and ensuring cleanliness of linen, silverware, and glassware, cleaning tables and removing soiled wares and trash, knowing the menu and explaining ingredients and preparation methods, reporting tips in accordance with company policy and IRS regulations, preparing the station before opening and maintaining cleanliness during service, and cleaning the station after shift. Requirements emphasize a professional and positive attitude, knowledge of hotel facilities and services to assist guests, customer service skills, ability to process checks and payments per policies, strong communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and HS education or related experience.
