Job Summary
Resident Assistant (RA) role providing direct personal care and assistance with daily activities to residents in Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care. Responsibilities include administering medications, fostering connections, monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being, offering comfort, engaging residents in activities, assisting with meals and dining, and performing homemaking duties such as cleaning and laundry. Flexible scheduling options available (full-time, part-time, and block scheduling); potential for advancement to Lead Caregiver. Must be 18+ (or CNA license if under 18 per regulations). Training provided; no mandated shifts beyond scheduled hours. Benefits include PTO, health/dental insurance for full-time, 401(k), and CNA certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- No Experience Needed; comprehensive training provided for new team members.
- Background in caregiving or healthcare is a plus but not required.
