Job Summary
Breakfast line cook and prep cook duties across two shifts: two shifts per week from 6am-2pm for breakfast line and three shifts per week for prep, with weekend availability. Must demonstrate good knife skills and execute breakfast dishes to standards set by the Executive Chef. Background in fine dining or upscale catering preferred; knowledge of Hors d'Oeuvres, sauce making, and plated breakfasts is important. Culinary degree preferred. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50lbs+, and work in extreme temperatures.
