Job Summary
Greet and serve guests according to standards by taking and serving orders promptly, answering menu questions, and checking food for appearance, temperature, and portions before serving. Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system and perform all necessary set-up sidework as assigned. Maintain a professional appearance, communicate effectively in English, and adhere to safety and security policies regarding key controls, lifting, and hazard reporting. Work flexible hours as an AM/PM server, standing or walking for prolonged periods, and assist co-workers with assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Can communicate well with guests
- Must be willing to 'pitch-in' and help co-workers with their job duties
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
