AM & PM Kitchen Cook - Full Time - Salishan Coastal Lodge

The Kitchen Cook is responsible for assisting in food preparation and cooking, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and collaborating with the culinary team to ensure high-quality dishes and guest satisfaction. Duties include preparing ingredients, following established recipes, plating under senior guidance, maintaining kitchen organization, monitoring inventory, conducting taste tests for quality control, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and supporting servers to meet guest requests. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow hotel policies, and adapt to an evening/ weekend/ holiday schedule. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and United States citizenship or valid work permit; prior culinary experience and knowledge of sanitation regulations are preferred.
