Job Summary
Assist with the basic needs of residents at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly by providing ethical, respectful care and administering medications in accordance with Title 22 regulations. Order and reorder medications following physician instructions, monitor administration records for errors, and schedule resident doctor's appointments. Maintain accurate progressive documentation, communicate with medical professionals regarding pain reduction and engagement, and ensure a safe work environment while maintaining composure during emergencies. Full-time and part-time positions available with shifts from 7am-3:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm. A high school diploma is required, with DOJ FBI background clearance and TB testing mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
- Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
- High school diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving and medical administration preferred
