Job Summary
Greets guests, takes and delivers orders, and operates the POS system while answering menu questions and up-selling items. Prepares food using the Turbo Chef, brews coffee and other drinks, and assists with serving alcoholic beverages. Handles bussing, table clearing, dish replenishment, and waste disposal. Completes inventory par sheets, required paperwork, and maintains a clean, safe kitchen and dining area in compliance with all regulations. Works AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays.
