Job Summary
AM Cook 4am-12:30p role in senior-care dining. Responsibilities include receiving and storing food and supplies, dating/labeling, and proper storage; reviewing menus, therapeutic menus, recipes, and production sheets; preparing meals following standardized recipes and diet orders with proper portions; testing and tasting foods for proper appearance, flavor, aroma, and temperature; adjusting as needed; and supervising when needed.
