Job Summary
AM Lobby Attendant position at Embassy Suites Jonesboro, AR. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas, including moving furniture, turning mattresses, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, and delivering/setting up items (e.g., linens, cribs) as required. Requires adherence to OHM safety and brand standards, timely reporting, and friendly guest service. Must be able to lift and move items, stand for extended periods, and work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Education: minimum High School diploma or GED; experience in housekeeping preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities are essential, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School education or GED
- Minimum of 1 year in a housekeeping role preferred but not required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays ( Hours vary)
- Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
