Job Summary
AM lead responsible for leading production operations at the plant, driving safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement targets. Role includes implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean Six Sigma practices, establishing a line-centric organization, coaching Line Leaders, driving governance to review and control performance, embedding a zero-loss mindset, and partnering with multi-functional teams to deliver best-in-class operations. Requires experience in TPM/Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, Six Sigma tools, strong communication and leadership, analytics, problem-solving, and project management to develop a sustainable, high-performing manufacturing workforce.
