Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel lobby, including deep cleaning assigned spaces, buffing and shampooing floors, and treating carpets and furniture. Set up and maintain complimentary lobby functions, coffee service, and nightly concierge events while delivering service items to guest rooms upon request. Operate the shuttle van when needed, handle luggage assistance, and manage lost and found items per brand standards. Complete daily assignment checklists, turn in keys and sheets to the Housekeeping or Front Office, and ensure all equipment is stored properly. Maintain high personal grooming standards and approach all guest and associate interactions with a friendly, service-oriented demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
