Job Summary
Oversee all food and beverage operations for the restaurant and room service at Hotel Oceana Santa Monica, directing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and partnering with on-site leadership to meet revenue goals while ensuring guest satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related area, at least two years of luxury F&B experience, and a minimum of one year supervisory experience. ServSafe certification is required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related area
