Job Summary
Dishwasher position responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, and utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods. Proficient in loading/unloading the dish machine, hand washing pots and pans, sorting and removing trash, stocking supplies, and transporting cleaned items to storage or cook’s line. Requires adherence to safety and sanitation procedures (OSHA and health guidelines), ability to operate in a fast-paced kitchen, and effective communication with the team. Offered shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday to Friday with holidays; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with employer match, and on-the-job training. Education: High School diploma or equivalent; 0-1 year kitchen experience. Must obtain and maintain ServSafe or local food handler certifications. Physical demands include lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and frequent movement in a busy kitchen environment.
