Job Summary
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand, and load/unload the machine. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean, orderly condition while stocking supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars. Prepare and package individual place settings, clean garbage cans, and sort trash into designated pickup areas. Sweep and scrub floors, wipe down tables and booth seats, and assist with food preparation and serving as directed. Requires an active Servsafe Food Handlers card, ability to lift 50 lbs, and stand for 8 hours daily. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with match, and 13 paid holidays included.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-1 year experience in a full service kitchen environment
- Entry level
- Active Servsafe Food Handlers card
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand a minimum of 8 hours a day

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
