Job Summary
Lead strategic sourcing and account management for the food category, identifying global partners and brands to expand product diversity on Rocket Growth. Negotiate COGS and manage complex Key Account partnerships while leading simultaneous product launches and promotional projects. Oversee category P&L data, season-specific planning, and live commerce execution to drive revenue growth. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and optimize cold chain logistics for inventory rotation. Requires 7+ years in food category MD/AMD roles with strong negotiation skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 학사 이상
- 식품 카테고리 MD/AMD 경력 [7년 이상]
- 식품 시장 트렌드 및 유통 구조에 대한 높은 이해도
- 제조사, 산지 농가 등 다양한 이해관계자와 원활하게 소통하고 협상을 이끌어낼 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 매출 데이터 및 손익(P&L) 관리가 가능하며, 숫자에 기반한 의사결정 능력
Desired Qualifications
- 가정간편식(HMR), 신선식품, 가공식품 중 특정 카테고리 깊이 있는 소싱 경험
- 자사 브랜드(PB) 상품 기획부터 론칭, 생산 관리까지 전 과정을 주도해 본 경험
- 식품 관련 자격증(위생사, 식품기사 등) 보유
- 관련 법률/품질 관리 프로세스 이해도가 높은 분
- SQL 등 데이터 분석 툴 활용 능력이 우수하여 대용량 데이터를 다룰 수 있는 분
