Job Summary
AM Cook for Recovery Centers of Montana: follow standardized recipes and proper preparation methods to produce high-quality, safe food for patients, guests, and staff; ensure product availability for all service areas, make substitutions as needed; apply safe food handling and infection control practices; maintain production records and QA usage; provide information on preparation methods, nutritional info, ingredients; able to lift up to 50 lbs; morning shift 6am–9am with Friday–Sunday availability; role requires professional culinary experience and HS or equivalent; focus on patient-centered food service, accurate provisions for therapeutic needs, and presenting food appropriately.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- Ability to work with many types of foods
- Ability to measure and scale recipes
- Quantity and scratch cooking experience
- HACCP knowledge
