Job Summary
Assist with the basic needs of residents in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, providing ethical and respectful care. Administer medication in accordance with Title 22 regulations, order and reorder prescriptions per physician instructions, and monitor medication administration records to report errors. Schedule resident doctor appointments and progress documentation while communicating with medical professionals to reduce pain and promote independence. Maintain composure during emergencies and ensure a safe work environment. Full-time and part-time positions available with shifts including AM and NOC.
Required Qualifications
- Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
- Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
- High school diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving and medical administration preferred
