Job Summary
Assist with the basic needs of a RCFE while providing ethical and respectful care to residents. Administer medication in accordance with Title 22 regulations, order and reorder supplies following physician instructions, and monitor medication administration records to report errors. Progressively document care and communicate with medical professionals to reduce pain and promote resident engagement. Schedule resident doctor's appointments and maintain composure during emergencies to ensure a safe work environment. Full-time and part-time positions available with a $500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
- Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
- High school diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving and medical administration preferred
