Job Summary
Review upcoming activities to anticipate busy and slow periods, then stock food, coffee, and beverage supplies. Greet guests warmly by name, take and fill orders promptly, ring up items accurately, and serve meals, salads, and beverages. Follow opening and closing procedures for tills, ensure all guests consuming alcohol are of legal age, and practice responsible alcohol service. Clean and organize the work area at shift end, train new associates as directed, and communicate issues, concerns, complaints, compliments, and suggestions to management. Support TPI Hospitality's mission, vision, philosophy, policies, and procedures across its 45+ hotels and restaurants in Minnesota and Florida.
