Job Summary
Greet, prepare, and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to employees in a premier client office space. Take orders, customize them as requested, and provide feedback to management while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, manage inventory, and ensure equipment is sanitized. Maintain an active Handlers' Card, work Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, and stand frequently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years experience creating common coffee beverages as well as highly specialized drink orders
- Must have and maintain an active Handlers' Card (ServSafe) and adhere to local food handler requirement
- Maintain an exceptional personal record of punctuality and attendance
- Consistently perform all duties in a responsible and efficient manner
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs
- Must be able to lift items weighing between 21lbs - 40 lbs
- Good or corrective vision

- Advanced knowledge, such as roasting and grinding processes, coffee bean sourcing and flavor differences
