Job Summary
Coordinate facility tours and manage admission paperwork for potential clients, families, and referral sources. Facilitate medical records requests, collect prepayments, and ensure seamless discharge transitions to lower levels of care or transitional housing. Lead weekly alumni groups, conduct exit interviews, and maintain the alumni database while documenting outcome data in Salesforce. Develop quarterly events, manage social media communications, and request testimonials for marketing purposes. Partner with clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve capacity issues and support discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in the mental health field
- Minimum of 2 years working in a customer service environment
- Multi-tasking priorities
- Valid TN driver's license
- Ability to move up to 25 pounds

- Ability to handle a high-volume client inquiries with accuracy
- Ability to conduct and lead clinical support groups
